Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

This frozen strawberry lemonade recipe is the perfect summer drink. Sweet, tangy, cool, and thirst quenching. I grew up not liking lemonade. For the longest time, I thought it was because I don’t like lemons because I enjoyed pink lemonade and other flavored lemonades.

This refreshing frozen strawberry lemonade recipe includes mint.

Turns out, I needed to try the good stuff – homemade. Last summer, my best friend made the best tasting homemade lemonade ever. Everyone knew it was good if I willingly drank two glasses of it. At some point, we’ll need her to share that sweet nectar with you. It was NOT a quick recipe, but it was worth the wait.

Tips and suggestions:
This frozen strawberry lemonade recipe is delicious with or without the mint, so it’s OK if you don’t have any on hand. It’s wonderfully refreshing and I suggest trying it with the mint at least once though!

Serve in mason jar glasses with fun , colorful straws. You can also decorate the glasses with a lemon wedge or half a strawberry.

Don’t have any strawberries on hand or want to experiment? Substitute a half cup of any other fruit in place of the strawberries.

This sounds SO GOOD! I love the addition of mint. There's something about mint that just kicks lemonades up a notch.

I'm trying to be more open about adding mint. Adding fresh mint to apple juice was recently recommended to me. The sound of it was not appealing to me at first, but WOW it was refreshing.

Ah, I need to make this! I love strawberry lemonade, but the ice cube melty bit has always bothered me (it never tastes as good watered down!). This would be amazing! :D
