I’m serious, this delicious drink recipe is extremely easy to make. About the hardest part is making sure you have all the ingredients on hand at one time. And maybe having fresh lemon wedges to stick on your glass. Mix up a large batch to serve at your next summer barbecue. Your guests will thank you!
Get out a glass pitcher and pour in the pineapple juice, lemonade, pomegranate juice and agave syrup.
Mix everything together.
Pour into two glasses filled with ice.
Decorate your glasses with a lemon wedge on the rim, serve, and enjoy!
This Pomegranate Lemon Mocktail is a super tropical cocktail perfect for summer. You can add some white rum if you want to spike it. Serve it with or without alcohol – either way it is a crowd-pleaser!
