These Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes are easy to whip up and make a special treat. They are perfect for a birthday breakfast or other special occasion.
Anyone who knows me knows I am a fan of chocolate and peanut butter. Having these for breakfast, brunch, or dinner is pretty much the way to my heart.
If you know a PB and chocolate combo lover, then I highly suggest cooking these up for them! They'll love you for it. Trust me.

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cup flour
- ¼ Cup sugar
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ Cup milk
- 1 Large egg
- ½ Cup cocoa powder
- ½ Cup peanut butter
- Chopped Chocolate for topping
- Peanut Butter for topping
Directions:
Gather all of your ingredients and measure them out. Everything will go into the blender except for the chopped chocolate and additional peanut butter for your topping.
Flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, cocoa powder, and peanut butter all go into your blender. Pulse the ingredients until creamy.
Pour ⅛ of the batter in a skillet. Cook batter until it is bubbly then flip it. Cook the other side, then remove from heat.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Stack your pancakes and top with more peanut butter and chopped chocolate. To easily spread and pour your peanut butter, you can warm it up in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time.
This double chocolate peanut butter pancake recipe is a delicious chocolate recipe! It’s sweet, but not overpowering.
If you are a peanut butter lover, you can serve these pancakes with more peanut butter.
Or, serve it with more chocolate – I won't judge.
Top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles for the kids. They'll love it!

This is bliss! Just the thought of it has got me salivating. I’m a chocoholic and I like PB, but the closest I’ve come to combining the two is in a bar of Snickers… I will definitely try this.
