Gather all of your ingredients and measure them out. Everything will go into the blender except for the chopped chocolate and additional peanut butter for your topping. Flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, cocoa powder, and peanut butter all go into your blender. Pulse the ingredients until creamy.
Pour ⅛ of the batter in a skillet. Cook batter until it is bubbly then flip it. Cook the other side, then remove from heat.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Stack your pancakes and top with more peanut butter and chopped chocolate. To easily spread and pour your peanut butter, you can warm it up in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time.
This double chocolate peanut butter pancake recipe is a delicious chocolate recipe! It’s sweet, but not overpowering. If you are a peanut butter lover, you can serve these pancakes with more peanut butter. Or, serve it with more chocolate – I won't judge. Top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles for the kids. They'll love it!
