Conference Funding Ad Packages

We offer special ad packages to help fund our attendance at conferences.  Conferences are great for learning and networking, but they can get costly when you add up the tickets, travel, lodging, food, etc.   Our goal is to attend 1-2 a year which has been out of pocket so far.  That’s where you can help us!  

Since most conferences have strict rules about what can and cannot be done by personal sponsors, we prefer to focus on working together to reach our audience and community rather than trying to promote brands directly at conferences.  (Requests to work within an official sponsor’s booth or suite are welcome.)

Top Level Funding {$2,000}
This covers all our costs for attendance at one conference:

• One year of advertising in the sidebar. 
• One blog post a month for six months.
• One video review.
• One tweet AND Facebook post every other week for six months.
• Your brand information included on the back of my business card.

Fourth Level {$1000}
This package includes:

• Six months of advertising in the sidebar. 
• (3 posts) One blog post a month for three months.
• Video review OR a tweet or Facebook post every week for six months.

Third Level {$500}
This package includes:

• Three months of advertising in the sidebar. 
• (2 posts) One blog post a month prior to the conference and one blog post within a month after the conference ends.
• 6 Tweets and 4 Facebook posts over 60 days.

Second Level {$250}
This package includes:

• One month advertising space in the sidebar.
• One blog post during the month of the conference prior to my attendance featuring your brand/products.
• 2 Tweets and 2 Facebook posts featuring your brand over 30 days.

Reviews & Giveaways

• Reviews are limited and are matched with our content calendar.
• Reviews require a tangible, full size product that will not be returned. Websites, online services and app reviews are subject to our sponsored post rates.
• We have the right to refuse the review if the item received differs from the product discussed and agreed upon, was sent unsolicited or we cannot recommend it.
• We are not responsible for any shipping charges for review products.
• Giveaways will be hosted for a fee or as part of a campaign package only. (Exceptions may be made for those we have established long-term relationships.)
• Sponsors are responsible for mailing the giveaway prize to the winner in a reasonable amount of time.
• We offer a simple one comment giveaway entry method.

We respect your privacy and it is important to us to protect it by letting you know your options. You submit your email address to us when you leave a comment, but we do not sell or share that information except as appropriate for a sponsor to reach you for prize fulfillment. If you win a giveaway, we are required to gather certain information from you in order for the sponsor or company to provide you with the prize.
