Oh boy! So many fun recipes, cannot wait to check them all out.

I like to use leftover chicken in an omelet (well, for my husband – I don’t eat eggs.) I use chili powder, mushrooms, chicken, eggs & cheese. He loves it!

Thanks for sharing the new recipe ideas. We use a lot of chicken because it tends to be fairly inexpensive & I hate having the same thing over and over again.

Chicken, our family serves up chicken at least once per week. Healthy and yet within our budget. Thanks for the great recipes because it never hurts to try something new.
