Princess Tea Party Glitter Brownie Pops

A Princess Tea Party is more than just dressing up in a dress. It is about making your child feel special. It’s about that experience.

Being a princess is about feeling like you can be anything you want to be. We’ve all felt like we didn’t fit the mold. Whether it was because we had the wrong color hair, skin, eyes, or didn’t fit into a stereotype given by society, we have all been there at some point.

That’s why being a princess always makes us feel so special.

I have always been a Disney Princess fan, and especially over the last few years, I have loved seeing Disney break the mold of the classic blonde hair and blue eyed princess.

There is nothing wrong with that. They are beautiful princesses, but I love seeing a princess come in every color shade and shape out there.

So, hosting a fun Princess Tea Party with Pink Glitter Brownie Pops seems like an excellent idea for us to celebrate our own unique individual self this year!

Plus – these treats are so easy to make! You can even let your guests help you put them together!

How to Make Glitter Brownie Pops:

Begin by baking the brownies per the directions on the box. Use a small square pan, preferably a 9×9.

If you prefer, you may bake a batch of brownies from scratch with your favorite recipe. If you are pressed for time, grab store bought brownies (unfrosted) from the bakery section of your grocery store.

Make these cute and fun glittery brownie bites for a tea party themed birthday or baby shower.

Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into small 1/2-inch square pieces.

Take your sucker sticks and stick them in the end of each brownie piece, make sure they’re at least halfway through the brownie.

Lay out a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet and lay the brownies pops on it.

Next, fill a microwave safe cup about ¾ full with your melting chips. I used a solo cup because it was the perfect size and length for dipping.

Place it in the microwave for 30-second increments and continuously stir until the chocolate is smooth.

Dip each brownie pop straight down, being careful not to spin it around or you will lose your brownie piece in the chocolate.

Your pops will look lumpy because brownies are not smooth and pretty. Place each one, once it’s covered in chocolate, back on the wax paper. Do the pops as quickly as possible.

Immediately sprinkle your edible glitter on the pops. I used gold and pink glitter. Then, I added a larger flower sprinkle in the corner of some of them to give them a cutesy feel. This is the fun part for kids to help with.

Refrigerate for about 5-10 minutes and they’re ready to eat!
