- Giveaways are open to persons 18+ years of age.
- Giveaways are open to US residents only unless otherwise noted.
- Giveaways will begin upon posting and end at the time and date specified on the post.
- All giveaways will have a mandatory or “main” entry as well as extra entry options. The number of extra entries available may vary. **If the mandatory entry is not completed, all entries will be void. If an extra entry is unverifiable, only that entry will be void.
- No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.
- Entry methods may be via Rafflecopter, Google Form or comments – the post will specify the method.
- We use random.org to select a winner from Google Forms. We use the WordPress Plugin “And the winner is” to randomly select from comment entries as of March 2011. Rafflecopter has a random draw as well.
- Winner(s) will be notified via the email address submitted on the form. We must receive a response within 48 hours (unless otherwise noted) or a new winner will be selected.
- Information provided on the entry form will be used solely for the execution of the giveaway. I may share the information with the sponsor upon request for entry verification purposes and for getting the prize to the winner. Even in that event, only the necessary information will be shared and used in an appropriate manner.
- Winner(s) will also be announced on a Winners Page or post.
- We will not be held responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or stolen. Nor will we be held responsible for entries that are missing or incorrect due to input error or some other technological glitch.
- Shipping costs are to be covered by the sponsor unless otherwise noted.
- We are not responsible for shipping prizes unless we are self-sponsoring a giveaway.
- If you do not receive your prize in a reasonable amount of time (3-6 weeks) after the close of a giveaway, please let us know and we’ll try to resolve the issue.
- We do not restrict the number of times you may win on our blog unless the sponsor specifies such conditions.
- There will be opportunities for bonus extra entries periodically on the blog, on twitter, and on Facebook.
- Our giveaways are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Facebook or Twitter.
