Easy Cheesy Tuna and Rice Recipe

Have you ever stared into your pantry and wondered what to make with canned tuna and rice?

Cheesy Tuna Rice Ingredients:

- 2 cans tuna - 3/4 cup long grain rice - 2 cups vegetable broth - 6oz frozen broccoli - 1.5 cups shredded cheese

Open your canned tuna and drain before adding  to a skillet or a Dutch oven. Heat on med-high.

Add rice and broth and heat to a boil. Then simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add broccoli.  Stir and cover for about 5 minutes.

Add cheese. Cover until melted, then serve!
