Pineapple Non Alcoholic Cocktail

I love how easy it is to mix up this sparkling pineapple punch for a party. I usually love a glass of champagne on New Year’s Eve, but I like having non-alcoholic drink options that all guests can enjoy.

My kids also like to have a bubbly drink to clink their glass too and this is perfect for both kids and adults.

It’s super simple to make whether you planned ahead for a New Year’s Eve game night or need a last minute drink recipe to go with these New Year’s Eve party appetizers.

How Many Servings Does This Drink Recipe Make?

This recipe will make about 15 to 17 drinks that are 8 ounce servings each.

How many drinks you need depends on the number of guests, length of party, and number of drink options. I found this helpful beverage guide on how to figure out what you need.

They would look great served in these recyclable stemless champagne glasses, don’t you think?

Can I use any carbonated water?

There are slight taste variations depending on if you use sparkling water, seltzer water, or club soda.

Sparkling mineral water has naturally occurring carbonation whereas seltzer water and club soda are injected with carbonation under pressure like regular soda.

There are several types of sparkling water brands you could use for this recipe, such as Pellegrino, La Croix, and Bubly.

If you have a preference for seltzer water or club soda, you can try using those instead, but I’d taste test a small batch first.

Sparkling Pineapple Drink Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter sparkling water, chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1-2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (some popular choices are frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc.)

Yields: Approx. 15-17 8 oz. servings

Bottle of ginger ale, blue bottle of sparkling water, measuring cup with pineapple juice, and small bowls with frozen fruit on a white counter top.

How to make Sparkling Pineapple Mocktail

Pour the chilled ginger ale into a large punch bowl.

Next add the sparkling water and stir. Then add pineapple juice and stir.

Serve drinks in individual cups and serve with frozen fruit for garnish.

Drink Variation With Alcohol:

If you did want to serve this with alcohol, you can add rum. I love Malibu rum with pineapple juice, so that would be my recommendation.
