Brussels Sprouts Instant Pot Side Dish

As a kid, I never liked Brussels Sprouts, but now as an adult I absolutely love them. My favorite is to roast them, but sometimes I need a different quick and easy option.

I often use my Instant Pot to save time when cooking the main dish, but it also works well to cook a side dish.

Sauteing Brussels sprouts for a few minutes before pressure cooking gives them great flavor like when I make them on the stove, but without the need to stand there with the skillet.

There are so many different ways to enjoy Brussels sprouts, which is why I love having a basic recipe to work with like this one. It’s easy to tweak seasonings and flavor.

I love bacon with my Brussels sprouts. Add a cup or more of cooked bacon pieces before serving.

If you don’t like almonds, you can choose to leave them out, but they add a nice crunch texture to the dish.
