Quick Breakfast Ideas Sausage Pancake Muffins

These breakfast muffins are a quick an easy breakfast your family will love.
  • Package of Johnsonville already cooked breakfast sausages
  • Half stick of butter (4 TBS), melted
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a cupcake tin or place your liners. (Alternately use a silicone muffin tin)
  2. Stir the dry ingredients (salt, baking powder, flour, and sugar) together in one bowl.
  3. Crack the eggs and mix them with the milk. Melt the butter and stir it in too.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix together until the dry ingredients are wet, but do not over mix. The batter should be a bit lumpy.
  5. Fill each well of the cupcake/muffin tin about ¾ full. Cut sausages into bite sized pieces. Add them to the cups before baking. The amount will vary depending on how much meat you want in each one and the size you cut.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
