Cranberry Orange Mocktail

I love a festive drink, especially around the holidays, but I don’t always want boozy options. I like that this is a great option for both adults and kids to enjoy.

Some kids may not like the fizzy carbonation though.

Can I use Cranberry juice instead of cranberry cocktail?

Cranberry juice cocktail is made from all cranberries and has been sweetened whereas regular cranberry juice is sweetened with other fruit juices.

I recommend using cranberry cocktail juice in this drink recipe for the cranberry flavor.

However, you can experiment and try using cranberry juice instead. There will be a variation in taste, but that doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy it!

Can I use any carbonated water?

There are slight taste variations depending on if you use sparkling water, seltzer water, or club soda.

Sparkling mineral water has naturally occurring carbonation whereas seltzer water and club soda are injected with carbonation under pressure like regular soda.

There are several types of sparkling water brands you could use for this recipe, such as Pellegrino, La Croix, and Bubly.

If you have a preference for seltzer water or club soda, you can try using those instead. I like some drink recipes with club soda better, especially if that is the only source of carbonation.

How Many Servings Does This Drink Recipe Make?

This recipe will make about 15 drinks that are 8 ounce servings each.

How many drinks you will need depends on the number of guests, length of party, and number of drink options.

I found this helpful beverage guide on how to figure out what you need for a party.
