While I was pregnant, I walked nearly every day after dinner. It was a great way for me to get exercise even as Rissa developed in the womb, making my belly expand. After having her at the end of October, it didn’t take long before we were pretty much holed up in the house due to winter. Now that it’s nice again, we are enjoying walks.
It’s not easy to get in shape after baby comes. Sure, you are busy, but it’s not the same as a cardio workout. It can be difficult to schedule that kind of time in. Cryo-Cell knows that it is hard for moms to find time to exercise after baby’s arrival.
Since 1992, Cryo-Cell has been working to help clients preserve their newborns umbilical cord blood so that it may be used in the future against diseases. They do more than just cord-banking, they also lead the way in finding ways to preserve stem cells in a non-controversial way.
I wish I’d known more about cord-banking when I was pregnant. I knew a little bit and planned to donate since we didn’t have private banking set up, but everything happened so fast that day.
Cryo-Cell has been concerned not only with the health and well-being of babies, but of moms too. That’s why if you enroll today in Cryo-Cell’s signature U-Cord service, you can receive a free baby Jogger City Mini Stroller for a limited time! Taking baby out in this award-winning jogging stroller is a great way to spend time with baby outside AND work out at the same time!
