Recently I attended Bloggy Boot Camp in Chicago (a conference organized by the SITS Girls), where I learned about Blurb.  I’d heard a little about Blurb prior to the conference, but until I heard from a representative there, I wasn’t too interested.  I really liked what I heard in terms of the types of book creation services offered and ideas started forming in my mind.  Then I got to see (and handle) samples and wow, they were nice quality!  Seriously, gotta love professional affordable quality, right?

So, as my mind has been churning about what kinds of books I want to make, one idea was to create Blurb’s Custom Planners and Photo Books and gift them for the holidays.  I have so many options like pulling Instagram photos of Rissa and compiling them.  Currently I’m only hesitant about making one because I want to include baby boy once he’s born!

Another idea is to create custom weekly planners for people you know still use pen and paper agendas.  (Which I did when I was still working as a case manager.)  If you own a business (including your blog!) you could create a planner with your branding and give it out to your customers as a thank you.
