Most Common New Year’s Resolutions

I usually don’t bother with New Year’s resolutions. I usually say “My resolution is to have no resolutions.” They always seem so gimmicky and like a bunch of fads. But there’s definitely a recurring theme. According to USA.gov, here are the most common New Year’s resolutions:
- Drink Less Alcohol
- Eat Healthy Food
- Get a Better Education
- Get a Better Job
- Get Fit
- Lose Weight
- Manage Debt
- Manage Stress
- Quit Smoking
- Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle
- Save Money
- Take a Trip
- Volunteer to Help Others
I’m not surprised by these, are you?
In fact, several items on this list are part of my never ending goals list…
What about you? Are your resolutions on this list?

I usually don’t make a resolution, either. I think people give up them by February, 90% of the time. I think having certain goals for the year is more realistic.
My resolution is one of these: eat healthy foods; also keep off the weight I have lostAnnJopb
