Our Giveaway!

Here at Tales From the Nursery, we want to help you start the year off right… by being pampered!  You deserve to start 2012 as stress-free as possible and what better way to destress than to head to the spa?  One of my New Year’s resolutions is to take better care of myself.  I hope you will…

Resolve to take care of you!

There are plenty of ways you can do that… massage, facial, mani/pedi, acupuncture, waxing… whatever will help you feel GOOD about yourself.  Destressing is important in order to maintain mind-body balance.  As moms we easily forget to take care of ourselves because we are soooo busy making sure our loved ones are taken care of.  I know it’s easy to let it slide but we can’t!  We need to refresh and recharge!

When is a good time to pamper ourselves with “me time?”

  • When you feel scattered and frazzled
  • When your patience is getting short
  • When you feel like running away and grabbing a drink
  • When you are visited by Aunt Flo
  • Whenever you need it – schedule it in!

Need an excuse to schedule a spa appointment?  You just need a Spa & Wellness Gift Card by Spa Week!  ”But honey, I have to use this gift card….” And ask for them for gifts!

Spa & Wellness Gift Cards by Spa Week are:

-          Welcomed at over 4,500 spa and wellness facilities in North America

-          Accepted for any treatment the recipient desires

-          Available online at www.spaweek.com/giftcards

-          Present your gift card with a beautiful matching gift box

-          Insta-gifts: Send an eGift Card via email, or print for hassle-free, last-minute gift giving.

-          NEW! Also available in over 18,000 retail stores nationwide, including Target, Sam’s Club, CVS, Rite Aid and Duane Reade.

Right now I’m working on being healthier all around (better managing some chronic health issues, not weight :) ) and have been trying to read more often. I hope those count.
