I was awarded the Versatile Blogger Award by three lovely ladies: From Manager to Mom, Indiana Inker, and The Steady Hand.

They all awarded it to me within a short time frame, so I definitely need to say thank you!  I appreciate that you enjoy it around here and am glad you find the blog versatile.  I certainly try to cover a few different categories!

This week has been full of sharing about myself.  I certainly hope it’s been interesting, fun, and maybe helpful for all of you!

Here’s seven factoids about me:

1. I love peanut butter.  I literally ate more than 15 pounds of it throughout my pregnancy.  We buy it regularly at Cosco in 3lb twin packs.  So.. at about 6lbs per pack… I know we bought and used almost 3 packs…
2. I hate tea except for chai.
3. I don’t like lemons.  I hate the smell but can tolerate them lightly squeezed on fish.  I do like Lemonhead candies though.  Don’t you dare put it in my water (especially when I order it without!).
4. I play with my hair (still) when nervous, stressed, or lost in thought.
5. I have 6 half sisters; no brothers.
6. My parents didn’t get married to each other until after I was married.  My husband and I stood up and were their witnesses.
7. I have a slight obsession with Sully Erna, the lead singer of Godsmack.  I got to meet him and the rest of the band once.  I was so nervous I completely froze up.  At least I managed to shake their hands and squeak out a hello.  Oh and got a picture.  (I was much cooler when I met Trivium though, haha.)

Ok, I know I should be selecting others, but I’ve seen some of my potential nominees be tagged already.  Plus, I haven’t had the chance to get to know some new discoveries enough yet.  I also hate leaving someone out! (Excuses, excuses…)
